Epic Event Rental is a team-based company looking for candidates to help with delivering and setting up rental equipment that includes tents, tables, chairs, and much more. This is ideal for someone who wants an active job and can lift over 70lbs. Team members work in all weather conditions. Opportunity to visit unique venues and locations. Job includes lots of interaction within the team itself and customers over the phone and in-person. This position also includes competitive wages.

Job description:

At Epic, we are focused on providing great customer experience that starts from within the team. Team members will be contributing to:

• Set up tents
• Helping with delivering and/or setting up equipment at event locations.
• Driving box trucks and loading/unloading them.
• Help customers with loading and unloading their rental equipment at Epic.
• Maintaining equipment with thorough inspections, scrubbing of tents and chairs, and other rental equipment.
• Assist with prepping orders and checking in return orders.
• Communicating with customers on job sites and over the phone regarding their orders.

Education, Skills, and Requirements:

• No experience needed, but must be a fast learner as Epic will train you in.
• Ability to lift over 70lbs.
• Have a driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Adaptable to procedures.
• Willing to drive a box truck.
• Can be flexible with schedule as sometimes shifts can go later or start earlier.
• Can verbally communicate with customers in person and over the phone confidently.
